You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PASSING sign posted, and come upon a bicycle rider. Do you follow this slow-moving bicycle rider for the next 2 miles, or do you break the law and pass?

Which is the correct choice?

I showed a mate the road code his reply: You gently nudge the back wheel of the bike which makes her fall to the ground after which you apply CPR for as long as it takes, and maybe a bit longer to be sure.
