Default New Ship Released - Chatham Transport and Hospital Ship 1.0

Due to popular demand, I am releasing version 1.0 of the Chatham Troop Transport. I have also cloned a Hospital Ship version for the Red Cross. Both ships can be found on my FileShare page.

So how the things work?

Is it going to randomly appear like a cargo and forcing me to watch it at 16x or it just as rare like the other Red Cross ship?

The Regular Troop version should occasionally appear, but only rarely. The Hospital Ship version will need to be scripted in manually. I believe that all current hospital ship entries are specific to Iambecomelife's hospital ship.

@AG124

Beautiful, just beautiful! Thanks a lot.
Could I make a tiny request though? Since I use a low contrast version of the new Recognition manual by JONZ, the entries to the manual for your Coastal Tanker, Whalefactory Ship and now this work of art, are simply a little too bright to match. Is it possible for you to provide a low contrast version for us? Would be really great. Thanks!

JonZ usually makes those low contrast versions. I could probably do it if I knew what options to choose (and it is probably something simple, like lowering the level of brightness and/or contrast). But I am afraid my version would not match the other low contrast pages by JonZ. Maybe he could make one that fits, or tell me exactly what levels of reduction to use. :hmm:

Thanks for more. I finally ran across one of your converted whale factory ships off Cape Hatteras today and sent it to the bottom. I can't wait to sink more of your creations.

I just made them darker in paint-shop myself... took me all of 2 mins matching the shade is no big deal, i just copied a section of the white from the new ships and compared it with one of the other pages until it matched.

For anyone who wants low contrast pages:

Also sometime,if anyone is interested, I can release a cloned Hospital Ship version of the Troop Transport. I need to replace the landing crafts with lifeboats though.

Are these ship mods compatible with GW? I mean, just install via JSGME and the damage model is compatible?

I've been relunctant to try these fantastic ship models because I haven't seen anything that addresses this issue.

TIA

None of the ships I have released should cause any problems with Grey Wolves.

I am not sure if they will appear in the campaign though - But I think the only one which won't appear is the Hospital Ship.

Thanks for the quick response, and thank you for making the new ship types for all of us.

There already is a Hospital Ship with GW, but it would be nice to see yours in the campaign also. I'll let you know if I spot it.

Yes, I know about that Hospital Ship. The skin was made by Iambecomelife. What I meant was that all RedCross 103 entries in the rnd layer of Grey Wolves are probably specific to that one ship (NHOS) and so the Chatham Hospital Ship (NCHH) won't show up unless it is manually scripted in (or some of the RedCross 103 entries are made generic by deleting the class reference).
