I get those in Texas. They're called "Humidity Showers". The air is so thick with moisture that the air releases it as rain, without a single cloud in the sky.

But as far as the game goes, what mods are you using? Did you incorporate a mod without performing a "Rollback" w/SH3 Commander?

I've had the same thing happen, but its only when I go above 1024 TC using Wolfies Tweak pack. Otherwise its fine. (RuB 1.45) Returns to normal after I finish the patrol.

I've noticed this recently, too. I'm running IUB 1.03 + 1.1 Patch and SH3 Cmdr. I have also tweaked the TC to a max of 2048x (as I'm currently in a LONG IXD2 patrol... )

I'll try it w/ 1024x TC max and see if that makes a difference.

Anyone else have any ideas?

one of the new mods has caused it, I get the same problem in Grey wolves, and invisible heavy fog, the fog IS there (WO reports it) but i cant see it

Its something that is in both GW and IUB 3.0 thats doing it.
I never had this problem in IUB 2.0.
