Default decompressing & installing Grey Wolves mod

I downloaded the 6 part Grey wolf 7z files ( and readme) from U-Boot realsimulation.com. When I attempted to decompress using 7z 4.32, the 7-zip file manager informs me "7z not supported".

I re-downloaded 7z and reinstalled but got same result.

any ideas?

Try right-clicking the archive in Windows Explorer, then select 7-Zip/Extract here.

I tried winrar. according to it 'no archives found'.

Can I download grey wolves from anywhere else? The files themselves must be faulty.

The Realsimulation.com GW files are ok. Try and unpack this archive to see if maybe something is wrong with your system:
http://home.arcor.de/gizzmoe/files/N...Grey_Wolves.7z

What´s the archive size of the first GW archive? It should be 145.959.910 Bytes.

Default decompressing & installing Grey Wolves mod

It looks like my downloads were incomplete. The first part is only 5293K. What threw me was getting duds on two consecutive attempts.

I'm re-downloading the complete set again. Let you know if I still have problems.

Thanks fo all your help and orry I didn't spot the mistake myself.

Hello,
i encountered another problem, or have a question (Teddy, don't listen lol) . In the readmeFirst file of the GW mod is written:
"4. When prompted to "overwrite" the data folder on subsequent copying from each portion click "Yes"
5. When you come to the folder listed as GW Documentation and optional mods DO NOT copy to the data folder. Simply paste this NEXT TO the "data" folder in the folder you created in step one."

This is a bit mistakable - am i really supposed to overwrite every data folder ? If i do this there will only be the last one from GWPart6 in the Grey wolves folder i created on the desktop. Or should i copy the CONTENTS of the data folders into the first one copied and overwrite previous files ? :hmm:

Thanks and greetings,
Catfish

No. You should do as the readme states! Trust me, all files will be there.
