http://www.polovski.com/OFF.htm Especially for this baby I recently got me a cheap copy of CFS3, and yesterday I managed to get it to work with the supa patch vs 1. So far I have only flown a couple of QM-dogfights and I can testify it's pretty cool. I will not uninstall RB3D FCJ just yet, though. For those who have a serious interest in WW1 aviation, I recommend getting it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I got CF3 mainly for the slick Mono Fighters of WW2. Not much interested in Bi Planes but I would really like to go up in one in real life. Nice Pics

Heh, for some strange reason WW1 aviation and Jets (60-ies on) appeal to me more than WW2 era planes, at least when simming. Dunno why that is, perhaps because RB and Falcon were always just the best around.
IL-2 is nice and all but lacks that special atmosphere imo. Maybe there are 'atmospheric' mods I should know of ? |

no mods of that kind that I know of. Oleg Maddox's policy is too tight to allow that. Which is another downgrader for IL-2, imo. It could be so much more, but the man seem to unaware of that. "Fachidiot" we call that in German, he has an indepth-view - but no broad perspective that leads beyond his speciality.

OFF is great. I've had it since December 28th last year.

If you can't fly a Caudron G-IV in 1915, I'm not interested.

The attractive thing of WWI flying is that the planes are so simple, their functioning so easy to understand and that their construction could be copied by a handy guy with a barn and some simple equipment.
The difference between a WWI plane and modern planes is the same as between biking and driving a Mercedes through a Dutch town. ![]()
