Did it already have a package ready to install in SH3 Commander website?

I think it a better alternatives than having to install it and randomise it every patrol.

Yes...SH3 Commander has the MVP pack for you to use with it.And it randomizes the skins everytime you run SH3 Commander without you having to do anything.

It also has some skins that are not in the MVP...so you get a bonus with it as well.
