Milk Cows

Hi I am running HT147 and have not figured out how the milk cow mod works, Where are they? are they only in ports or at sea? are they shown on the map?
Cheers may we all have endless torpedoes

press f1 in game to view dates they are available in the modified help screen.....once they are available you will get radio message and you will see it on your navmap with the name of the ship as well as the color showing it is on axis side....you pull up to them and then exit mission and press dock at (the name of the resupply ship)
