I currently have 3 installs; NYGM, GW & Vanilla install.
SHIII-NYGM "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII-NYGM\sh3.exe" SHIII-GW "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII-GW\sh3.exe" SHIII "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\sh3.exe" I was able to get SH3 Commander to run each by changing the Target in Properties "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SH3 Commander-NYGM\SH3Cmdr.exe" /l:"C:\PROGRAM FILES\UBISOFT\SILENTHUNTERIII-NYGM" "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SH3 Commander-NYGM\SH3Cmdr.exe" /l:"C:\PROGRAM FILES\UBISOFT\SILENTHUNTERIII-GW" This method works perfectly for Commander Anyone have an idea as to what path to change for TT's Mini Tweaker? I've tried a number of different times but always get errors except for the Vanilla version that hasn't been renamed.

What I had to do was rename each install to SHIII in order (And only one at a time) and then run the minitweaker for that install, and then rename it to whatever I wanted it to be.
Any progress on further damage and sabotage? (Esp for type IIa)

Thanks Irish, I was afraid of that. Having to rename back to original is a drag but...
Type II's done and in testing but I'm having a problem with the randomized Crash speed settings for all the boats. Trying to find an acceptable balance. Should have something soon
