Bad weather deck gun question

I just downloaded the bad weather guns mod but i can not get it to work because it didnt have a readme file so i have no idea where to extract the files to. Can anybody shed some light on this for me. Thanks

If it's the rar file extract the files to wherever you want (Backup originals) and replace them with the new ones or put them in JSME
