1939-1940 Radio mod

I downloaded this mod from Subsim.com. I see its a RAR file. There is no readme with the download....I put it in the Gramaphone file. So far, nothing.....

Anybody know about this mod and how to install it?

Is it one of those date based file things - like you find in SH3commander?

and or

What kind of files are they mp? wav? ogg?

A .rar file is like a .zip file: it must be extracted first, using WinRAR or .7zip or WinAMP or WinACE etc. Then you will see a collection of individual song files which go in the Gramaphone folder.

OMG how could I miss that - its not decompressed?
