How do you put an emblem on your sub?

When your docked at port, go to your Uboat options (where you pic your torpedos and upgrades) and there should be a selection under upgrades called Special. Click on that and you can add a emblem on your sub.

Clicked on SPECIALS and there was nothing under there.

Depending on what flotilla you are in and what period of the war it is there may be none available.

IIRC, this is a function of accumulated renown/experience - after a couple of patrols or so, you should be offered the chance to select just one emblem, the standard one for your flotilla. After a couple more patrols you will then start to see a bigger list of custom emblems become available on the list under that same specials category. There are some mods around with extra emblems to add to that list, and some stuff in the FAQ or some posts around here that also explain how you can create and add your own images as custom emblems on that list.
