Hmm. A shark. A rather sizeable one. Judging by the background, that's it in San Fransico bay. It's leaping out of the water, biting at a guy climbing upto a large, very noisy helicopter. No.
And the second one is definately edited. Badly, at that.

The shark jumping at the guy hanging from the chopper is an old photoshopped image which pops up every couple months on the net....
