Greetings!
Please excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this submarining thang, but when i was clicking to check out the crew status i noticed all of the crew member icons onboard my sub had small black squares next to them in the upper right corner. Are they mutineers? Cuz nobody wanted to do nothing and I sunk to the bottom and...nothing. I hear that fatigue is symbolized by a red exclamation mark but I haven't seen one of them yet. Thanks! The RUb mod changed the fatigue icons to little black rectangles. So you must have either the RUb or IUb mod (contains RUb) installed.

That means that they all need rest. fill up the crew quarters and wait till they come around.

OK that explains it. I knew that the Rub mod changed the question mark to a black square but I couldn't figure out why resting my crew members didn't allow them to regain their energy levels. As you have suggested I found that I would have to cut short my patrol and return to base for them to regain energy.

Fear not! The way RUb works is that your crew fatigues less and less with the more patrols and experience you gain during your career. I had a horrible time managing my crew in the first 2 patrols of my current Career. However the last 3 patrols have been much better. Compartment efficiency will still dwindle but not to the extremes they went to at the start of my career. |

Is there any way to keep the RUb crew management fatigue concept while allowing the fatiqued crew to regain some strength when put into crew quaters?
