I Don't like DARPA,
They keep making Metal Gears and I continueisly have to order Snake around to blow the darn things up!

There's more info here http://www.deepangel.com/html/supercavitation.html the original concept was theorized by two brothers whom ran a SeaQuest RPG which they have gone and made into their own RPG and even their own Game simulator. This info aired on PBS, Discovery and a few other Educational television networks.
