So installed the patch..and it seems like my sonar has stopped working. Active no longer works, no pings in any setting. Just..water noise. Any hints?

I have that problem, but with some twiddling, the Sonar does in fact work. I can't describe how I fix it much better then twiddling stuff, because I'm not quite sure what makes it work... What I usually do is change the settings around a bit, active/passive, auto/manual, etc., go to another station, sometimes bump into TC for a few seconds, and return to sonar. If it dosn't work, try again...

I think it's fair to say that anyone who has played DC ,patched to 1.1 ,has had this happen to them before.
![]() Futhermore,the active sonar bug always seemed to occur when you had the greatest need for your active sonar to function correctly. ![]() Changing stations until the active sonar pings again was the only way to get it working again,if I remember correctly. |
