Is 10x Periscope still possible with 1.4b?

I've been trying to edit the Commands_en.cfg to try and enable the full zoom on the Periscope (and UZO).

You used to be able to remove the ; from in front of the relevant lines and it would just work, but it seems the Commands_en.cfg has been modified.

I made the following changes with Set Key 1.11 but still no joy.

[Cmd70]
Name=Cam_zoom_in
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x24,,"Home"

[Cmd71]
Name=Cam_zoom_out
Ctxt=1
Key0=0x23,,"End"

Any ideas?
