BLACK SCREEN and game crash after installing mod

hi every body
happy new year
never a problem with silent hunter game, but since yesterday, after i have improver u-boat 1.02 mods installed, i'm unable to start my game.
i've only the possibility (if i want no problems)to delete the mod .
this is the first time that a mod crash my computer
????????

Wild guess:

Does IUb install dummy intro video files, like RUb?

If so, rename the following two files:

\SilentHunterIII\data\Movies\Intro\Intro.wmv

\SilentHunterIII\data\Movies\Intro\Logo.wmv

I had the same problem which was gone after installing the
newest version of JSGME. After that the game started with a
black screen and 2 minutes delay. Fixed that by deleting
the 0-byte-sized video Avon Lady mentioned.
