Still trying to install MODS, but I think I'm missing some folders. Please help, thanks in advance.

It appears as though you have all the main folders- just double click the JSGME icon to start the program, and enable some mods. I don't see a problem with what you have there...

Each of the 3 mod folders I have, just have 1 file in it. Is that correct. The JSGME says they are installed, but my Officer Icon MOD isn't showing up as they are the same old pics, not the new ones.

No wonder... You haven't uncompressed your files yet. You need to DL the 7z program. Get it here: http://www.7-zip.org/

Then uncompress the 7z file and place it in the mod folder correctly. It should look like this:
SilentHunterIII\MODS\RUb\data

When you have all your mods set up correctly, then you can run JSGME.

Just follow these steps:

1) Download 7z.
2) Install it.
3) Rightclick the RUb 7z file and select "extract here"
4) Now place it in the folder, and make sure everything looks like this:

SilentHunterIII\MODS\RUb\data

btw, not to be rude or anything, but how much computer experience do you have?

I just want to know so that I can better explain these things to you...

Got it figured out, thanks. Been using computers for 4 years now. I just play games and get email, so not good at problem solving on a PC. Thanks again.
