My advice for this chap, is get some buddies over and go out and hit the town, and enjoy yourself. Dont sit at home and dwell on it, it'll only get worse, but instead spend every moment having fun with your buddies. Good mates are always there for ya.

I would move on. Falling into selfpity is the worst you could do. And it isnt really sexy. If you take it like a man and with an attitude that its her loss you will be fine. Remember, there isnt only one suitable person in the world. If youl be cool and dont talk about it (it takes selfcontrol) new girls will be lining up to get banged. And maybe even she will start having second thoughts, but thats not the main thing. Most important is fot you to remember again that she isnt the only nice and f#ckable girl out there. That helps

And dont drink large amounts of alcohol in public and hide your phones if you do it at home!
