A short explanation for non-english speakin, please

In the forun there are a LOT of posts with SH4, SHIV... but I can't make a whole picture.
Sorry if I repeat much, but I need to know to explain in a Spanish SHIII (and DW, and Pacific fighters... ) page http://www.grupodecombate.com/

Will be released on 2006 or that will be the start date and the release will be in 2007?

Will be an expansion or a complete new game?

I believe this is all for now.

The planned release date is Q3 2007. It will be a new game, not an extension.
