I'm back from a 6 month Deployment in a P-3 Squadron. I've been to some remote places and did not have good email connectivity. I also could not access alot of the adminstrative functions of the site and my webmail. I'm sorry for that and over the next few weeks I'm going to try to get caught up.

I've been all over the world and completed a lot of cool missions... so I also have alot of cool things to share with you... stay tuned for this also.

I also have the flags flow over Iraq ready to go with a certificate. Those will be shipped out this week to those they were promised to.

For those who stuck with OW... thanks. I couldn't discuss my Operations with you for obvious reasons but now I'm back and plan on getting back to business. My number 1 priority is finishing OWU and building the best information source I can for the P-3 and DW. Thanks!

The CADC will continue to be available under the already known url -> http://www.orionwarrior.com/forum/index.php . The current plan is to have a common page for both OWU (yes, the future page will be named Orion Warrior University) and CADC and link from there to the respective websites.

On a sidenote, today I learned that the Wiki TOS doesnt allow uses like the vBEncylcopedia I just installed on the CADC. Hence I have changed all links in the Links Directory to directly point to the Wiki pages. This in turn makes it easier for you to add new links to relevant Wiki pages. However it was not a fruitless effort as it seems that MaHuJa's Wiki is finally available and I will use the vBEncyclopedia hack for linking that page.

UPDATE : When you visit the link to the CADC now you will notice that it looks different! Well, don't worry, all I did was adding a portal (nope, didn't wrote it, just installed it). I consider this an experiment, as the portal allows me to display the most important information to you in a compressed form.

As it is, you will find a mini-calendar to the top right, displaying the scheduled events. Right smack in the center you find the 10 latest threads from the forum. This btw. is always easily accessible - just click on the BIG banner at the very top of every page and you end up on the forum itself.

I'm gonna play around with this new tool some more and add some (hopefully) useful features.
