need help finding modding tool
I have Sh3 for about a year now, hooked to it but starting to get old a bit. i want to mod existing ships and new ones also but cant seem to find something suitable. so i want to know if theres any programs you guys are using that are good for SH3 and obviously free any suggestions? alos i new to modding some advice would be appreciated also
