RUB 1.45 Where are your comments?

Howdy all,
Been away from SH3 for quite some time.
I'm just about to d/l the latest RUB mod from the Subsim download page but I'm unable to find the thread announcing the release of RUB 1.45. I would love to read some of the comments ref this latest version but can't find any

Scrolled all the way to page 5 and could only find Beery announcing that RUB 1.45 would be released soon.
Also, along these threads I read something about the weather report icon being buggy in 1.45. Has this been fixed with the zip file available for d/l?

Could someone show me the way or am i gone totally blind?
