One of my officers has 667/500 exp...does it matter? Do the extra 167 exp count? Hes maximum rank.

Nope wont hurt ur game in any way. Benifit is hes damn good at his job.
Realisim ppl will tell u to swap him out, U dont have to if u dont wont to. I have some of my crew at over 2000/500 ![]() Slow crew ???? WTH is that !!!! ![]() |

No not realy, maybe a fraction faster to react to things but on the whole, no real differance.
They will still miss spotting the odd ship (if on watch) or miss a target (if gunner type) so dont fret. The only up side I have seen is they seem to react just a tad faster at times with less promting from me. |
