Water-spray filename? 2 other minor problems

(was going to post this in the SH3 forum but mod-forum is probably better?).

I'm looking for the name of the sound-file that plays while moving on the surface of the water, the 'water-spray' sound as the bow cuts through the water?

It works okay, but sometimes the spray-sound just never stops, at a dead-stop, or even submerged. It starts to drive me nuts when submerged for a long time.

I think there was a thread about this; ALT-tabbing to the desktop may cause the problem(?), but no filenames were mentioned. I'd rather just disable this sound, or set to a very low volume-level, but can't find the correct sound-file.

Perhaps someone has modded this spray-sound to work correctly all the time?

Another minor problem, this campaign only. Ever since transferring from Wilhemshaven to Brest (Oct/1940), then transferring to Lorient 6 months later, every time I load a save-game, right before the save-game loads there's a message that states:

'The base has been changed to: Wilhelmshaven' (must press okay to continue).

The message is harmless, but does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Other thing I've noticed regarding medals awarded to sailors. It seems the 'U-boat War Badge' does nothing to improve the crew (morale, Endurance, Experience, ect.). All other medals do improve the crew. Is this correct? If so I'm not going to bother passing-out U-boat War Badges.

Just minor problems, but the water-spray thing does get annoying.
