Default Crew Fatigue Help Please

I am currently using Rub 1.4 and am having trouble with the crew fatigue. All of my crew seem to be too fatigued to operate the engines and my u-boat is currently unable to move. How do you rest them so that they can operate the engines again. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

The crew fatigue isn't modeled very well, in my opinion. If you pay too close attention to the crew, they're easy to micromanage (It'll drive you nuts!). If you don't pay close enough attention to them, they won't effectively run the ship. I'm still working on striking a good balance between the two.

I believe there are mods available to minimize the fatigue effect.

Good hunting!

The crew fatigue mods are indeed helpful. Also i believe as your crew gains experience and earns medals, fatigue becomes substantialy less of an issue.

Also crews don't fatigue when TC is set above 64 (i think that is it). So i just make sure i run my TC above that if i am using it for any coonsiderable time. i normaly only have to rest my crew once maybe twice a patrol.

Above 32! There is also a new approach where the crew fatigues even at 1024x, please read this thread for more details:

I haven´t tried it yet, but it sounds very interesting.

Unfortunately, RuB has its own unique fatigue model which took out stamina regeneration. I would say either try switching the fatigue models using SH3 Commander 2, editing the .cfg yourself or just exit the patrol prematurely and take the renown punishment.

I am using the new SH3 Commander with Ver 1.4b I set my crew fatigue to zero works great I guess it would work with RUb if you use Commander to start sim. I had to go back and set my deck gun firing rate I forgot to set it and crew was firing so fast sound like a machine gun I set it 60 seconds not sure what game defaut was?
