I know this is probably common knowledge-how does one go about developing or creating an Avitar. Ok if you are finished lolrof, Iam serious, some of them that you have are really neat. I thought it would be a good thing if I developed my own.

All an avatar is just a small image. Just take a picture you like and size it in any paint program. Now to get you avatar uploaded read here:
