Does it possible add a TDC panel in periscope interface?

Many times we need manually input estimate target speed, but it's impossible in SH3 periscope interface. It's really annoying. For SH3 standard target measure method is not accurate while sub moving or change direction, and also when AOB is small. By using F6 switching to TDC interface, it's not only waste time, I also always make mistake like forgot set manually switch off (for link bearing to periscope), forgot setting AOB (for I have setted in standard method), or speed reseted by standard method(but I forgot manually set again), and about 1/3 launchs failed for such mistake even I have do some checks.

TDC manually mode is very bad! Program have 2 values for each 3 parameters for TDC and periscope notepad and easily cause confuse. It should only use 1 value for 1 parameter, and the switch only switch on/off the bearing link to periscope (for using hydrophone to launch), other TDC setting change should also display in periscope notepad.

Inspire by timetraveller's FABC Slideout Mod, I guess add a TDC slideout panel in periscope interface is possible. But later I realize it's better implement as a sub-panel like we click "ANGLE ON BLOW:" in periscope notepad. But after I havechecked menu_1024_768.ini, it seems the file do not contain active and deactive command to active or deactive a menu group, may be it's hardcoded. So it seems add some sub-panels is impossible. although a TDC slideout panel may be still possible. But it really reduce my interesting to do it myself. (can it slideout from right to left or top to down?)

What I need in a TDC panel in periscope interface is: target speed, AOB, range, and may be the torpedo depth, speed, pistol. All other things still setting in TDC (F6) page. I wish do not need using manually switch, but I am afraid can not avoid it. If we can not avoid manually mode switch, may be we can also display TDC's values and manually switch state in periscope notepad at same time to avoid mistake (bearing and AOB may be can not dynamic update).
