Default History Channel "Liberty Convoy"

The past week there was a Heavy Metal chapter called "Liberty Convoy" related obviously to the Liberty class cargo.

It was a very interesting program talking in detail about the Liberty ships. Of the things that take my attention where two.

The first was that the ships where able to load almost everything, from tanks to trains (if I remember correctly, even steam machines), so they dont should weight more depending on cargo?

The second was the convoy, acording to them, a normal convoy was composed of 60 ships travelling in formations of 4, with the ships carring fuel in the inner.

That could be a very big convoy ingame, by the images there was a lot of ships there. Thanks to the game I recognized a small tanker on the ww2 film

You've got to get yourself the "Improved Convoys" Mod, it quadruples the size of convoys, from the stock game, making it more realistic.

I think I saw a convoy in the IC mod that had 30-60 Liberty Cargo Ships in it.

Keep in mind... the bigger the convoy, the higher the demand on your PC.

Giant convoys are cool, but ya gotta balance things a bit.

That's why anything over 30 is rare even in IC :hmm:

That may be the case, however I'm willing to be that whatever it over-writes will only be made far FAR better.
