EDIT: This is a mod that replaces your rulertool with the one on the shot above. I've missed it since the old one is crap. Unzip the file into your MODS-directory and enable it with JSGME, (if you've got it).
The zipfile contains nothing but directories and a 32kb tga image, (apart from the evil virus that will delete your savegames, of course).

He does have a point, If you explained what the mod does either on the mod page or here, it would help people out.
