I wish I could answer your question.. but, I can't... somebody will come along and help out...

However, you are truly 'juju inspired'... great work!...

Any chance you could photoshop some dark gray non-skid stripes on the deck?

That looks really good! Now, if only they would actually show up in the campaign...

You really don't want to see Black Swans around a convoy... these boys are killers.. guaranteed to drop a at least 2 dozen wabo's on you in 10 seconds...

@Darkdrone.. what's up with the mid-ships portholes?... the portholes on the botton look a bit too low to the waterline...

What is the point, then, of including it with the game but not placing it in the campaign? I have never seen one. Even though they are quite deadly, I would like to come across some in the game. Is there a bug preventing them from making an appearance?

I'm using the latest version of Improved Convoys mod... campaign patrols out of Nazaire... patrols to DH, AD, Ak, AM zones, etc... convoy reports in CG and BE... 1941, now 1942...

Maybe Black Swans didn't appear as escorts that much in 39 - 40 when I was based in Wilhelmshaven and doing end runs around Scotland to get to AM & AL... but, they are all over the convoys that I'm now stalking in 41 and 42...

And they're just as big a nightmare as hedgehogs... fortunately, I haven't encountered any BlackSwan HK groups yet...

*ooops* spoke too soon, just ran across a TF with 6 Black Swans... April 42 in Grid BF.. fortunately, all long range contacts... I evaded without detection...

Looking good

I've also found way too many of them too. They're about the most common thing I've encountered from '41-'44. However, they've been anything but deadly...

Black Swan's are quite common for me. I'm using (to the best of my knowledge) RUb 1.43 with the improved convoys and Ops mod. I've seen lots of them (Sep 1939) but as of now they really suck...
