Destroyer Command mission problems

Hi,
I'm having the same Janus error problem with DC Pacific mission # 2 that others have posted about. Thought I'd bought a bad bargain bin game. Can someone please tell me if a good copy of the file is posted on the web anywhere or send me a copy of the file?
I also had a problem with the Atlantic campaign making a dead stop after completing the "Narrow Seas" AC06 mission. I met all the objectives...is this a known glitch or do I have another bad file?
Appreciate any help.
