I decided to post this hear, because it seems lot of people are having trouble getting online.
In terms of getting past your software firewalls, you need to create a rule that allows free communitication from DW.exe to the net and vice-versa. For Norton, this is as simple as trying to start a mulitplayer game, and then responding to the Norton popup that I would like to allow all communications. Getting past your hardware router is a little more tricky. You need to go to the Port Forwarding table and tell the router to forward ports in the range from 2302-2400 to your computer's internal (on your network) IP address. You then use your external IP address (the address of your router on the net) with as your IP address with your opponents. Does this answer your questions?
