Default Konrad Krumm's Rusty Camo Skin

I was browsing around terrapin's skin section again and noticed the rusty skin. I didn't remember downloading it or seeing it on the forums. Must have missed it. Anywho, I was wondering about some files. In the Library folder the skin has a Sensors.dat file. Why would a skins need a DAT file for the sensors? In the textures folder there is a mask_type7.tga file. What is that for? Also, what is the Turm7c_1_deck.tga file for? Is that the conning tower deck? The readme doesn't mention this stuff.

Sensors Dat contains mask type 7 tga which is ths schorkel cover ,i think there's also a few other files eg decoys etc .turn7c-1 deck is the conning tower floor. which the AA guns are mounted on hope that helps also some skins and parts eg;XXI won't work when placed in TNormal folder the have to be repacked into DAT files
