Air coverage in '40 and '42

Should I understand it that, from looking at the convoy map, that the air coverage in 40 and 42 are equal to that the year before, or have they extended themselves?

They have probably extended themselves a bit.

Yes, it was in 43. At least in a game.

Whew, I thought so too but thanks for confirming. Was heading for South America ( Sept. '42) and going submerged tyring to kill a storm, eventuallysucceeding. Surfaced, saved and realised I was 150km from Azores, in broad daylight, course set straight through the middle of the islands. Bit of panic, cussing etc. Guess I'm safe after all :|\
