Map Location

There was a program out that sat in our desktop that could be used to get our coordinates by the Kreigsmarine map system. It was something like MQK or MKQ Convertor. I had a system failure and lost alot of stuff, that I lost except for the desktop icon, which had nothing listed in properties. Do any of ya'll know where I might be able to find this again?
