U-Boats available to Flotillas for Dynamic Campaign

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a site where I might find out which type of U-Boat is available to each Flotilla during every year of the dynamic camnpaign. (I basically want to know how early I can get a type IX)

Please forgive this noober question.

Okay ... so how do I get assigned/transfered to 2nd Flotilla? All I'm offered is 1st and 7th ...

I think the 2nd becomes available sometime in early 1940, if I'm not mistaken, just keep checking the transfer roster after each mission, it'll show up.

Hate to say it but RTFM, its in the manual that comes with SHIII, page 8. 2nd Flot. gets type IXB in 1941. 10th Flot. operates only IX's starting in 1942.

Also it can be read in the SH3 "Readme".
