I think I know why my GWX KC keeps crashing.

I used the troubleshooter for the compatibility mode. It came up with an error. So maybe the compatibility mode is not working for the executable? Any advice?

Hi ; I do not use any compatibility at all, and all works well

Select Windows 7 in the compatibility mode. If I select XP it runs for a while then crashes.
I've come back to Windows recently after about 5 years away and I can't get over how it is getting worse! I still do most of my work on 14 year old PC's running Linux and connect to my daughter's modern Windows machine via RDP when I need more processor grunt. Microsoft actually go out of their way to try to stop me doing this!
