Default Documentation and Crediting

Hello all!

Recently I made a post in regards to making an early production batch VIIC turm, Anvar and Jeff Groves where a big help in that, however I failed to properly document and credit others in the work. So first of all I want to credit:

Wise for the base coning tower build

JU_88 for 3D model corrections and adjustments

Viking Grandad for the paint work

And for the GWX-KC development team for adaptation to the GWX/GWX KC platform

As well as of course help from Anvar and Jeff Groves in modifications and organization

I use to have it on my media fire but at the moment took it down, however in the folder itself on my computer I have made a proper documentation folder.

I want to apologize on my part for this neglection and hope for acceptance of my apology.

Regards, Zoltar.

You don't need to credit me. I don't even recall what advise I gave.

Hi Zoltar,

This isn't meant to clobber you over the head, but for the other readers out there it needs to be pointed out that people need to ASK for permission beforehand. People must not assume they can release something that makes use of other people's work and simply add credits afterwards.

It is a rather different case when someone uses files from Mega-mod XYZ to make a mod solely for that same mega-mod.

However, in this case, a large conning tower file was taken from GWX - Knight's Cross edition, with the full intention of making a mod for Onealex's version of GWX. This is a very different situation.

GWX-KC is actively managed and is still actively in development. It is not a buffet.

Thank you for working to make things right, Zoltar23. We appreciate it very much and we do indeed accept your apology.

No yo are quite right! I should have asked for permission in the first place, regardless. That is indeed a main takeaway from this to others as well. But thank you for accepting my apology!
