Unlock everything in 1939

Is there a mod or something like that that would let me unlock all the boats, deck guns, etc... in 1939.

If not then is there way I can at least make my torpedos both detonate at any angle and home in on targets?

you can change availability dates for all your upgrades in SilentHunterIII\Data\Cfg\basic.cfg ie;

[TORPEDO_TYPE3];T III (G7e)
Idx=3
Year=1942
Month=6
PrototypeYear=1941
PrototypeMonth=5
Renown=0

[TORPEDO_TYPE4];T III FaT II (G7e)
Idx=4
Year=1943

So I know i'm SUPER late to this thread but, say I want to have every torpedo available in 1939 for the Type IIA. When I follow those steps and change the availability they still don't show up for me, still stuck with the base T-I's / T-II's. Am I missing something?

Yeah, in the same file Basic.cfg, you have to change torpedoes loadout for each sub and year...

For instance:

Year0=1939
ForeTube00=0
ForeTube01=0
ForeTube02=0
ForeTube03=0
ForeResIntern00=0
ForeResIntern01=0
ForeResIntern02=0
ForeResIntern03=0
ForeResExtern00=0
ForeResExtra00=0

0 means torpedo type 0
