Dangerous Waters: Loading stopping at 90% on certain maps

The loading stops at 90% on certain maps for quick missions i'm on 1.51 RA mod and windows 10 task manager says not responding how do i fix that problem i haven't seen any forums on it on the web :< pls help soon
