Error while installing RU_Voices Mod in DW

So, this might be a generic error, I'm posting it here since someone may have more experience than me in coding.

I am trying to install the Russian Voices add-on for Reinforced Alert mod.
For some reason, everytime I try to run the bat to import the new sound files, this is the result:

Impossibile trovare C:\Windows\System32\!_AUDIO_Akula\A_kula\*.agg
Impossibile trovare C:\Windows\System32\!_AUDIO_Akula\A_kula\*.exe
Impossibile trovare C:\Windows\System32\!_AUDIO_Akula\A_kula\*.bak

It basically says it's not able to find the specified files, despite everything being in the required folder (both the batch and the new sounds have to be in DW root to be installed).

I'm not able to find out why the batch keep poking around Windows32 instead of the root folder. Also, it doesn't seem to like wildcards for some reason.

Looking for any kind of help.
