Store bought dell windows 10..I tried lowering the user acct settings still not working..This has happened before but i can't figure out how to make it work..

I have the LAA and 4Gb files but have no idea how to make them work..

let's go back to the basics.

when you attempt to launch SH4.exe you receive a Win10 Permissions Window, correct?
then you went to the User Account settings and changed something, correct?
Are you certain that the Win10 user account you are using has Admin rights?
Admin rights are the default for playing SH4.

I just uninstalled the sim then reinstalled, sub logo is on desk top clicked it went to play clicked that and ...NOTHING!! won't play, so now i start all over AGAIN!!
