mouse keeps moving up while in ego perspetive and looking around (left clicking)

Hallo,

my mouse keeps moving up in ego perspective when left clicking to look around. That is very frustrating.
While in external view and slewing the camara around (also left click on mouse) there is no tendency to move up.
It only happens in the ego perspective.
In any other game / programm / deskop there are no problems with the mouse at all.

Tried recenter mouse option etc. and reinstall of the mouse driver but nothing helped.
Any Ideas?
