playing SH4 across two monitors

Can Silent Hunter 4 display be made to fit across two monitors?

Using Nvidia Surround I can set up my displays and play all of my games spread across two ASUS VG27AQ, 27" monitors (native 2560 x 1440) at a resolution of 5120 x 1440 at 165 Hz.

Once the surround has been activated in the nvidia control panel the resolution shows in the drop down list for video options in the below games.

IL-2 Great Battles (BOF Moscow, Kuban, Stalingrad, Bodenplatte & Normandy)
