About every other day I come here and my AV (Norton 360) is going bonkers blocking a malicious site. (comes and it goes; very annoying)
Why is this? Thanks.

It could well be Norton itself but further details about the problem would help.

I'd suspect this comes from an Advertisement (ads) since those can change every time you visit this website, some contain scripts which are considered malicious by the AV and it blocks them before they can do harm. Keep it that way and don't turn it off, there's ads out there that can infect you with malware.
I personally now for years don't browse the web without a adblocker on top of my AV blocking malicious scripts from websites.
