Only the text is missing, I can still check the box's but it would help to know what I am adding or removing.

Has anyone got a screen shot of what should be alongside the check box's at least I could work out what I am ticking or removing.

This can‘t be the solution, because the must be a reason for this issue.

Yes I use TWoS.

I am going to try a new install today, will let you know how it goes.

That would have been my suggestion too, after I know you use TWoS. Don't forget to delete the folder SH5, you can find at "C:\Users\xxx\Documents", too.
