How to make GWX look the same as on examples?

Hey, i am new to SH3 world but i liked it very much from a videos and i decided to buy it.
I really like UI as here:

or as in any other video that is using GWX mod

i installed GWX mod from here: (something is bugged and it showing video from above instead of this link https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...d.php?t=102096)

on my silent hunter 3 in steam
the only other mod i have is resolution fix

but for some reason my UI looks like this:
