Default Day-Night cycle a little off

Dear Kaleuns,

I've had this 2:00 sunset in my patrol today.
I'm a big fan of the external camera but i never noticed anything this severe.

sry for the small picture

Anyone had this as well?
Makes a night time surface attack a little tricky unfortunately.

Greetings

The game is an old DirectX v9.0c game, and as such was written with a 30fps engine. Between the modern computer and Time Compression, the Day / Night cycle can get thrown off all too easily. Also, shelling-out to Windows will cause issues. It might be the internal clock is out of whack due to you using too high of a refresh rate, or it might look like that due to shelling-out to the desktop. It is difficult to say from a picture. You can also run into "Base Time" issues as you change time zones and go very far East or West of your Home port, so starting in France and traveling to the US would knock the apparent time out of whack, since your onboard clocks are still on Brest (or whatever) time, but you are now traveling in the Eastern US Time Zone (roughly a -5 hour figure). Avoid shelling-out to Windows, and if you do, and then notice issues, Save the game, exit the game, re-load, and then Load the Save in the Career, and you might be back to near-normal. Avoid high TC as much as you can stand.
