SH4 [[[ 1.5 ]]] crew says ''cannot comply''

While I'm on patrol across the map at 1024 time compression or 512 ETC.
My SUB just '''stops for so many hours'' and won't move?🦧 Nothing spotted,
When I hit different speeds CREW says '''''CANNOT COMPLY""😆🙈🙊
for a length of time.🦧 I am a sitting duck🙊
Why is it doing this?
